Artur Schnabel: Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata"
This page contains videos of the great classical pianist,
Artur Schnabel, performing Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata."
To
watch a video, click a link after the Example name . A link RAR is for a RAR-compressed file of an AVI
video. Go to http://www.rarlab.com/ to get the
WinRAR software for decompressing these files. With
these AVI videos, no audio or video compression was done, so they are the
best to view. But they are often very large files, so WinRAR was used to
perfectly compress them. A link FLV is for a Flash video. A link YouTube is for a YouTube video, which should work for just
about all browsers and operating systems. These latter two
types of videos are of lesser quality, but should be more compatible
with non-Windows browsers and operating systems. The
YouTube videos do provide acceptable sound (especially with
headphones), and they have the advantage that other, related music
videos are made available to you.
