Image Compression Software

2.  Image Compressor/Denoiser (Gray-Scale)    This software can be used for doing WDR or ASWDR compressions of gray-scale images and for denoising, and for doing both compression and denoising simultaneously.  Click on the Install link to install the software on Windows, click the Source link to download a .zip file of the source code (written in Visual Basic 6.0).

3.  Image Compressor (Color)    This software can be used for doing WDR compressions of both color and gray-scale images.  Click on the Install link to install the software on Windows, click the Source link to download a .zip file of the source code (written in Visual Basic 6.0), click on the Slideshow link to view a PowerPoint slideshow outlining the coding scheme of the software and comparing it to JPEG 2000.
