Images:  The images that we used can be downloaded from the following zip file:  Images.zip.

Software 

1.  For compressing/decompressing images with JPEG2000, we used the JASPER code.

2.  For compressing/decompressing images with WDR-I we used the software Image_Compressor and for WDR-B we used the software BB_Image_Compressor.  Note:  To run those programs, you must first install FAWAVE_1_1 (download the zip file, extract its contents and then run setup.exe; after installing fawave_1_1 you will then be able to run the WDR-based image compression software).
