The Constitution, however, is named "Constitution of the University Faculty". Therefore, all 5 references should include the word "University". Suggestion: change all 5 references of Faculty Constitution to University Faculty Constitution.

    3. Clarify the existing policy for Senate Chair assignment (as suggested by the Self-Study Committee): The University Senate Chair/Faculty Representative receives a 60% 40% assignment to the Office of the Chancellor for each of the four semesters and a 25% assignment for each of the two Summer Sessions. The Faculty Representative receives a 20% assignment to the office of the Chancellor for each of the four semesters.
    4. The Chancellor is a non-voting member of the Senate, but a voting member of the Executive Committee - a committee of the full Senate. Suggested additional wording for the Membership of the Executive Committee: The Chancellor shall be a non-voting member of the Executive Committee.
    5. Changes to By-laws of University Faculty (see attached).
    6. Discussion of Senate Size (see attached).
