The committee contemplates going into closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) to consult with Assistant Vice Chancellor Karen Havholm on appointments to: a) the University Research and Creative Activity Council; b) the Professional Development Advisory Committee; and c) the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee.
