Incoming Students

There are a few things you might want to know about UWEC Ultimate. The first being that Ultimate is a great way to stay in shape and meet some cool people. We practice together, travel together, and have a good time together. You might find that you have some of the necessary skills already, as Ultimate is a blend of soccer, basketball, and football. We understand that not everyone has the skills and knowledge of this up and coming sport right away, but if you're willing to learn then we're willing to teach!

Perhaps you're wondering about the season and practices. Well, we hold tryouts in the fall and go to a few tournaments across the Midwest. In the winter, due to the snow, we move indoors for gym practices and track workouts. After our team Spring Break trip, the most important stretch of tournaments takes place. These tournaments, known as the USAU College Series, are what we work so hard for all year.
