Alumni class note form

Class Notes submitted by UW-Eau Claire graduates are published in The View and, if specified by the alumnus, on the Alumni Association Web site (see Part 3 below).

If you are an alumnus who has recently relocated or are planning a move, please let us know by filling in parts 1 and 2 of this form. If you're sending in a Class Note only, please fill in parts 1 and 3. (Note: Please read the Class Note Photo Submission Guidelines if you would like to submit a photo with your Class Note.)

Online class notes will appear on the Web site as soon as possible after submission. All submissions also will appear in The View, but as space permits. Please submit the information only once, as there can be as much as six months' lag time between receipt of a class note and its publication in The View. We reserve the right to edit for style and length. With the exception of an official news release, a class note submitted by anyone other than the alumnus(a) will not be accepted for publication.

Weddings, births: We no longer will print news about anticipated weddings or births. But when these events become a reality, please let us know and we'll share your good news!
