In the library, which floor will be your favorite? With five study floors in the McIntyre Library you will find tons of space devoted to your academic pursuits. Need a quiet study space for a large group or just for you? Reserve group or individual study rooms online.

Get Wired! At UW-Eau Claire there's no reason to blame a late paper on lack of computer availability. (Sorry, that excuse has been eliminated!) UWEC has a 1 to 9 computer to student ratio, and you will find computer labs available in almost every building on campus.

Roam Free! A favorite study/social spot is the campus mall, and for those of you with laptops, you can utilize our free wireless internet available on lower campus. Insider tip - bring a Frisbee to the campus mall on a sunny day and a new group of friends is only a toss away!

The Davies Center (the lower campus student union), offers food options, quiet corners, a coffeehouse, TV/social lounges, the bookstore and more. This central hub of activity offers it all (even couches for that mid-afternoon nap!).

Prefer your own space? Need your tunes? You'll find your own study strategy, and like this guy, you might find it easier to study in your residence hall room - just beware of the temptation to watch a movie down the hall or go for that quick run to the caf!

Not up for heading to the library? In your residence hall you'll find silent and group study lounges as well as computer labs. Just think - you'll be contemplating Plato in your pajamas and shower shoes!
