Carmen Vitton ’85, a UW-Eau Claire communication sciences and disorders graduate and chief operating officer for Rehab Synergies, will add 10 new centers to her existing portfolio throughout Texas this year.
Rehab Synergies is an in-house therapy provider of occupational, physical and speech-language pathology services. Vitton started the company in 2010, and since then her staff has grown to more than 500 tenacious therapists serving more than 4,000 patients annually.
“We are committed to extraordinary clinical training and support,” Vitton said. “We strive to offer the latest equipment and technology for our therapists, which translates to superior outcomes for our patients.”
Accelerated Care Plus recently named Rehab Synergies, in partnership with Advanced Healthcare Solutions, the 2013 recipient of the Provider of the Year award.
After 25 years in the field, Vitton said she has found that “giving back to the profession through education, training, mentoring and guidance has been the most rewarding part of my career.”
