Eau Claire area voters show support for Confluence Project

Results of two referendums on the spring election ballot indicate Eau Claire city and county residents are in favor of the Confluence Project proposed for downtown Eau Claire and support its moving forward. UW-Eau Claire has been named one of The Princeton Review’s 150 “Best Value Colleges for 2014″ in the United States. The Princeton Review’s list includes 75 public and 75 private institutions. UW-Eau Claire continues to be a leader in sending students abroad, according to the 2013 Open Doors Report of the Institute for International Education. UW-Eau Claire sends more students abroad for midlength study abroad experiences than any other master’s-level university in Wisconsin, according to the report.
