New scholarship further distinguishes music program

A new scholarship program established with the UW-Eau Claire Foundation will grant full tuition to four UW-Eau Claire string musicians each year and create a rare professional development opportunity for undergraduate students interested in the performing arts. University spending brings nearly $210 million in income, profits for local businesses

UW-Eau Claire brings hundreds of millions of dollars and thousands of jobs into the Chippewa Valley each year, according to UW-Eau Claire’s most recent regional economic impact analysis. Foundation reports record fundraising year

The UW-Eau Claire Foundation received more than $9 million — the largest annual amount received in Foundation history — during its recently completed fiscal year. Zorn Arena receives facelift When Blugold basketball fans flock to Zorn Arena this coming season they’ll see a refurbished Ken Anderson Court. The basketball court underwent a full facelift this summer: old varnish finish and paint were removed, and the court was sanded, painted and refinished.
