UWEC Summer Research in Pure and
Applied Mathematics (SUREPAM)
Participant Support
Each participant will receive a stipend of $2200 plus room and board. Each participant will have a private bedroom in Chancellor's Hall, with a shared commons area (including kitchen and refrigerator facilities) among every 4 rooms, three meals a day are included as part of the package. Each participant is eligible for travel funds (typically sufficient to fund domestic travel).
The living arrangements within Chancellor's Hall are designed to foster a community of learners. Chancellor's Hall is certainly NOT your typical University dormitory. It's more like an apartment building.
SUREPAM is funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation.
