This organization was recognized in November 2001.

The purpose of this organization will be to promote awareness to the general public, especially to young women and men, about sexual and gender violence. PAVE was designed to provide a support network for men and women who have been affected by sexual violence of all natures. PAVE wants to empower citizens to get involved in the fight opposing violence against women.
