Habitat for Humanity was formed in April of 1993.

Habitat for Humanity is an ecumenical Christian ministry whose goal is to eliminate poverty houses and homelessness. Their foundation is based on partnerships formed between people with resources and those in need. It includes people of all races and faith traditions.
