The name of this organization shall be Native American Student Association. This organization was formed in September, 1989.
The purpose of this organization is to organize the UW-Eau Claire Native American students into a group through which we can identify with one another for social purposes, mutual academic support and to introduce our culture and traditions to other students on the campus. The organization will also seek to inform prospective Native American college students and to offer guidance leading to higher education.
Any person attending UW-Eau Claire is eligible for membership in NASA. One may become a member by showing his or her interest and attending the scheduled meetings and NASA sponsored events.
The organization shall meet twice a month.
