Le Salon Francais was formed at UWEC in December, 1986.
The purpose of this organization is to provide an opportunity for those interested in the study of French to use the language more often, to increase their knowledge of French customs and more, and to spread French culture throughout the campus.
Membership is open to all students.
Meetings are held monthly, and election of officers is conducted at the September meeting.
