The objectives of this organization are to help close the gap between the students' educational experience and industry expectations, to promote professional association and interest within the Information Management field, to develop a clear understanding and awareness of the scope of the science of information management, to study equipment and installations related to information management systems and to keep students up to date on current industry trends and innovations.
Membership is open to all interested students in good academic standing.
At least two regular meetings are held each month. Elections are held during the early part of the spring semester.
