The name of this organization shall be the UWEC Pre-Law Club, founded in 1989.

The purpose of this organization shall be: to promote awareness of pre-law curriculum, law as a career, contemporary trends in the field of law, and to promote socialization between like minded individuals.

Membership of this organization must be UWEC students, faculty or administrative staff.

Elections of officers shall take place during the first official meeting in April annually.
