This organization was officially recognized in February of 2004.

The Tolarian Academy is dedicated to providing an opportunity for players of the game, Magic: the Gathering, to get together and play said game. The organization also seeks to promote, Magic: the Gathering, on the UW-Eau Claire campus through Learner's Nights and other promotional activities.
