The Chaotic Juggling Troupe of UWEC, formerly The High and Mighty Jugglers of Eau Claire was formed in February 1992.
The purpose of The High and Mighty Jugglers of Eau Claire is to teach, encourage and promote the art of juggling and object manipulation through education, practice and performance.
