UW-EC Dance Team (formerly The Pom Pon Squad) officially changed its name in February of 1995.
Its purpose is to represent UW-EC at camps and competitions and to perform at sporting events while promoting spirit and supporting the athletic teams.
Squad membership consists of 14-22 regular members. Any student who is not on academic or social probation is eligible. Tryouts are held in the fall of each year and are judged by persons selected by the team captains.
