The UWEC Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society was formed in 1972 as Alpha Lambda Omicron Society, and received its charter from ODK in 1974.
The purpose of ODK/UWEC Circle is: to recognize individuals who have attained a high standard of leadership in collegiate activities, encourage them to inspire others to strive for similar attainment, bring together the most representative individuals in all phases of collegiate life. Create an organization which will help mold the sentiment of the institution on questions of local and intercollegiate interest.
