This organization shall be Pi Kappa Delta, the Honorary Forensic Fraternity, formed in 1976.

Its purpose is to stimulate progress in and to further the interests of intercollegiate speech activities and communication in an effort to provide functional leadership training for life, and at the same time encourage a spirit of fellowship, brotherly cooperation and incentive for achievement.

Elections shall be held in the spring of each year.
