This applet displays the wavefunction of the Hydrogen atom in 3 dimensions. Pretty slick huh? There's two views in the applet you should be aware of. The first is called "Real Orbitals" and is commonly used in Chemistry. The second is "Complex Orbitals" which is used for Physics. Have fun!
