All rooms are in Hibbard (or HHH as it is abbreviated) except for the Friday dinner. The Penthouse is on the very top floor of Hibbard and is easily reached by getting on the elevator and pressing PH. The dinner is taking place in Davies Center, in the Council Fire Room. See the Directions page for maps of the campus and of Davies Center.

For those arriving in Eau Claire Thursday, October 19, we will have a social from 5:00 to 7:00 in the Hibbard Penthouse (very top floor), but the official conference events are scheduled for Friday, October 20, and Saturday, October 21.

Planned events include poetry readings, guest poets and authors, and academic papers. In addition, there will be numerous social activities including the option of attending events of the Chippewa Valley Book Festival which will be taking place at the same time. We will have a formal banquet on Friday evening.
