Cost: $125 per vaccine, $375 for the 3 vaccine series

When: Now, 2 months, 6 months

Who: Females age 9 to 26 ideally before initiating sexual intercourse. But the vaccine can also be given to women who have already had sexual intercourse or who have been diagnosed with HPV infection.

To Schedule: The vaccine is now available at the clinic in limited supply. If you are interested in receiving the vaccine call the clinic to schedule an appointment.

Payment: You must pay when you receive the vaccine (cash, check, credit card, or Blugold Card). You will be given a receipt that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Some insurance companies are covering the vaccine. You will need to call your own insurance company for coverage information. Student Health can not bill your insurance company. If you fail to show for your appointment you will still be charged the fee, as the vaccine can't be returned to the supplier.
