Biographical Info:

Joanne earned a B.A. in Natural Sciences from Dordt College, Sioux Center, IA, in 1979. She earned her M.D. from the University of Minnesota, Duluth/Minneapolis, MN, in 1984. She completed her Family Practice Residency at Mayo/St. Francis Family Practice Residency, LaCrosse, WI, in 1987. Joanne joined the Student Health Service staff in 1991. She is certified with American Board of Family Practice. In her spare time, Joanne likes to garden, camp, bicycle, cross country ski, and keep her family running smoothly.
