* The listserver ban on messages from non-subscribers is intended to deter spam, not to restrict the free flow of ideas.
To subscribe to the list send a PLAIN TEXT* email to SFPJ-REQUEST@listserve.uwec.edu. The word "SUBSCRIBE" must appear as the first and only line in the email.
To unsubscribe from the list send a PLAIN TEXT* email to SFPJ-REQUEST@listserve.uwec.edu. The word "UNSUBSCRIBE" must appear as the first and only line in the email.
* To send a PLAIN TEXT email in Outlook, select the "Plain Text" option under the message's "Format" tab. (HTML-formatted mailers such as Outlook, Outlook Express and WebMail include superfluous characters in messages. The listserver is unable to process HTML-formatted messages.)
The listserver will return a confirmation message for both the SUBSCRIBE and the UNSUBSCRIBE requests.
