Malinda began working at the Service Center as the Service Center manager in 2000. In 2003, Malinda was made responsible for the Service Center, Blugold Card Office, and Cash Management. Malinda has B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Psychology from UW-Eau Claire.

Since November 2008, Derek has been responsible for all campus event ticketing as well as the supervision and staffing of Service Center employees.
Derek Brehm started his career in Higher Education in Activities and Programs office at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in January 2008. As a Student Activities Coordinator, Derek advised (along with Jim Brockpahler) the student programming board, the University Activities Commission (UAC), working closely with The Cabin, Special Events, and Festivals committees.
Derek joined the university staff with a range of experience; having held titles including performer, artistic director, scenic designer, technical coordinator, educator, and promoter/booking agent. These experiences brought him to multiple performing arts groups and venues from community theatres, high school and community auditoriums, to live music clubs and a professional arts center. Derek even has been known to occasionally breathe fire!
Derek received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comprehensive Theatre Arts from UW-Eau Claire in 2002 and a Certificate in Arts Administration also from UW-Eau Claire in 2005. His love of Higher Education brought him back to campus in the fall of 2007 to work towards his Masters in Business Administration.

Jan has been working in University Centers since 1984 and has worked in Cash Management since 1985 Jan is responsible for the cash and electronic bankcard reconciliation's for the Service Center, Blugold Card Office, campus events, and Printing Services. She also is responsible for Centers invoicing and collections, cash and postal inventory and other cash-related responsibilities in Davies Center. Jan is grateful for the opportunity to work with some exceptionally nice people and grateful for her four children.

Jane is a Financial Specialist in Cash Management/BCO. She began her employment at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1986 as a LTE at the Copy Corner. Following a short career at Copy Corner, Jane transferred to Cash Management/Service Center.
Jane holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from the Chippewa Valley Technical College. Jane is married to Jim Linstedt, who works at Hutchinson Technology. They have two children, Sara and Michael.
