Event Ticket Setup

This Ticket Order Form is for event sponsors to use to have tickets created for their upcoming events.

1. Download and SAVE the Ticket Order Form (PDF).
2. Open the file with Adobe Acrobat Professional and enter and Save the data as requested on the form.
   • Acrobat Reader WILL NOT save the data you enter into the form.
3. Email the completed form to the Service Center Ticket Manager or print out the completed form and send it to the Service Center via Campus Mail.
