HARVARD PROGRAM ON NEGOTIATION (Harvard Law School).  Includes clearinghouse of materials 
HARVARD PROGRAM ON NONVIOLENT SANCTIONS AND CULTURAL SURVIVAL: A research program within the University's Center for International Affairs. The research looks at situations of acute conflict in order to better understand the capabilities of nonviolent struggle in support of the human rights and civil liberties of all peoples and their cultures. Case studies complement the computer-assisted monitoring of emerging conflicts, with an emphasis on identifying conflicts before they erupt into violence. The program also hosts a series of seminars. Synopses of the presentations are available on line. This site also includes information on research, events, publications, and application procedures.
INITIATIVE ON CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND ETHNICITY:   INCORE is a joint initiative of the University of Ulster and the United Nations University. The INCORE World Wide Web server is intended to act as a central resource on the internet for those in the area of conflict resolution and ethnic conflict. NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR COMMUNITY MEDIATION: The National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM) is a membership organization comprised of community mediation centers, their staff and volunteer mediators, and other individuals and organizations interested in the community mediation movement
NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD: The NLRB is an independent Federal agency created in 1935 to enforce the National Labor Relations Act. It conducts secret-ballot elections to determine whether employees want union representation and we investigate and remedy unfair labor practices by employers and unions.
NEGOTIATOR PRO CO.: ...Develops training games and negotiation preparation software for Windows and the Internet/Intranets. Offers a series of about 25 paper-based simulations (multi-party, multi-issue games). Games and software are used in graduate and undergraduate programs, business, and government.
