Publishers with the proper access can create new newsletter issues from a blank page or by using an existing issue as a starting point.
Open the Administrative Home page
On the navigation bar, click ISSUES
The Newsletter Issues page opens.
Beneath the toolbar, for Create New, click either HTML ISSUE or TEXT ISSUE
NOTES:
The format choice depends on your audience and the email format it uses.
The HTML (or TEXT) Newsletter Issue page opens.

In the Subject text box, type the subject line for the email message subscribers will receive
In the Body section, add the issue content
HINT: If you are creating an HTML issue and need more information on the HTML editor, please refer to Using the HTML Editor.

In the To Save section, click SAVE


In the To Test section, click TEST
To send the issue, in the To Publish section, click PUBLISH
WARNING: Clicking PUBLISH alone does not save your issue.
Once you have established a format for a regularly published newsletter, it is easy to generate issues from a previous issue by copying and updating a prior issue.
Log in to the Administrative Home page
On the navigation bar, click ISSUES
The Newsletter Issues page opens.
From the Search Issues pull-down list, select the newsletter the issues are assigned to
HINT: If the issue you are searching for was not assigned to a newsletter, select Non-assigned Issues.
Click SEARCH
The issues for that newsletter appear.
For the issue that you want to use to create a new issue, click COPY![]()
The newsletter issue opens.
In the Subject text box, type the subject line for the email message subscribers will receive
In the Body section, add the new issue content

In the To Save section, click SAVE


In the To Test section, click TEST
To send the issue, in the To Publish section, click PUBLISH
