Export tags are the specific alphanumeric designations (e.g., Q1, Q2, Q3) given to each question. When data is exported to a program like Excel, export tags appear as column headings.
Selecting this option will display an export tag with each question on the actual survey. Seeing the export tags in the survey can make referencing specific questions easier for survey collaborators. However, seeing export tags may be confusing to survey respondents.
RECOMMENDATION: When your survey is ready for distribution, deselect this option so that respondents will not see the export tags.
