WDVA form 2029: The "UW-System Application for Wisconsin G.I. Bill Benefits or Residency for Tuition Purposes" must be submitted to the School Veterans Certifying Official within 14 calendar days from the official start of the fall or spring terms, by June 1 st for Summer Sessions, and by the due date for fee payment for the Winterim Session. (If the submission deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, forms are due the next business day.) Submit the completed form to Diane Stegner Roadt or Carrie Butler Becker, Registrar's Office, Schofield 128.
WDVA form 2030: Submit the completed "Request for Certification for Wisconsin G.I. Bill Benefits and Residency for Tuition Purposes" form and all necessary documents to your County Veterans Service Office at the same time you submit the application (WDVA form 2029) to UWEC in order to allow time for the WDVA to process the application, request additional information if needed, and send the completed certification to UWEC.
