- Students are expected to keep the University informed of accurate address information. We're sure that you'll want to receive important information about degree completion and graduation, as well as your diploma at the correct address.
- The online Campus Directory Search is used extensively by other students, faculty or staff attempting to contact you.
Fill out the Online Address Change Form*
* Employees of the University should use the above Online Address Change Form also. Note: If you previously attended UW-Eau Claire, but are not a currently enrolled student, then please contact the Alumni Association office to update your address.
Restricting Directory Information
You may restrict release of your directory information by completing a restriction form. To prevent display of your address(es) and telephone number(s) in the online Campus Directory, you must file the form in the Registrar's Office, Schofield Hall 128.
