Top Three Reasons to keep your addresses current

  1. Students are expected to keep the University informed of accurate address information. We're sure that you'll want to receive important information about degree completion and graduation, as well as your diploma at the correct address.
  2. The Campus Directory is used extensively by other students attempting to contact you, so... if your address and/or phone number is incorrect, you may miss out on a date with the hottie you met in the Bookstore last week!
  3. The Registrar's Office may draw your name as winner of a lavish, all-expenses-paid spring break vacation, and won't be able to notify you in time.

* Employees of the University should use the above Online Address Change Form also. Note: If you previously attended UW-Eau Claire, but are not a currently enrolled student, then please contact the Alumni Association office to update your address.

Campus Directory Information

The Campus Directory is published annually at the beginning of the Fall semester, but more recent updates to the directory are available from Campus Information, Davies Center 161, (836-2637).

You may restrict release of your directory information by completing a restriction form. To prevent printing of your address and telephone number in the Campus Directory, you must file the form in the Registrar's Office prior to the change deadline at the beginning of each fall semester.
