We coordinate the preparation of each term's course schedule. Please refer to the online Schedule Building Guidelines for detailed information. Contact us with questions about how the schedule is built, what it contains, etc.
Schedule Building Timelines are sent to department chairs and deans. Pertinent and important dates are included in the published Administrative Calendar. Any changes made to the published Class Schedules are made at the request of department chairs, approved by the deans, and noted on the addendum. Contact the Scheduling Coordinators at 836-3838 or 836-5845 for information concerning future semester schedules. Proposed schedules for future year/terms are available on MyBlugold. Questions pertaining to the current semester may be handled by Carrie Butler Becker.
