The Scheduling unit schedules all academic classrooms and general access microlabs on campus. This excludes Davies Center, Schofield Hall, Zorn Arena, and McIntyre Library.
To reserve an academic classroom or microlab, use the appropriate Web Reservation Form below or contact Carrie Butler Becker.
Remember: Completing a Web Reservation Form does not confirm your reservation. The Scheduling staff will review room availability and contact you as soon as possible. It is advisable to plan ahead when requesting academic space as volume of requests may not allow for immediate response.

Web Room Request Forms
Single Room/Date Request Form- Use this form to request one particular room for one specific date.
Multiple Room/Date Request Form - Use this form to request more than one room or more than one date.
Large Event Room Request
