What We Do
The Aerobics Program includes Ab Attack, Cardiokick, Cardio Blast, Hip Hop, Hydrorobics, Spinning, Step, and Trim 'n Tone. All workouts are designed to raise your heart rate and generate a smile! Classes are offered six days a week and are taught by our qualified, energetic staff. Join the fun - we offer the hottest programs on campus!
Services Offered
  • Ab Attack - 30 minutes of a core strengthening workout.
  • Butts & Guts - 30 minute class that targets your abdominals and buttock. Is a great ascent class for anyone to add into their program.
  • Cardioblast - A multi-level cardio workout combining power, high and low impact movements, with light weight resistance work.
  • Cardiokick - Use boxing and kickboxing moves for an all-around cardio and toning workout. *
  • Circuit Spin - A mixed interval workout of spinning and toning off the bike.
  • Dance Aerobics - This combines traditional aerobics moves with fun dance steps, funk, hip-hop, salsa, and more! Non-stop fun along with high intensity, fast-paced cardio moves and a short dance routine at the end of each class. No dance experience needed!
  • Hip Hop - Get a great cardio workout while learning street dance moves.
  • Hydro - A non-impact workout that incorporates bands, abs, and other props to increase strength and balance.
  • Pilates - This class focuses on the Joseph Pilates' principles. Participants of all levels will benefit from core stability training while incorporating breathing techniques.
  • Powerspin - An hour-long ride with an additional half hour of toning.
  • Spin - Indoor stationary cycling meant to tone the upper and lower body and provide a great cardio workout with abs and stretching at the end. (non-weight bearing, low impact)
  • Step - This high intensity cardio workout involves stepping up and down on an adjustable platform while simultaneously performing upper body toning movements. Hand-held weights and resist-a-balls are utilized for core strengthening training.
  • Stretch And Balance - Great class you work on your core and stability all at once. With the added in stretching component, for a great low impact work out.
  • Trim & Tone - Challenge your muscles using hand-held weights, bands, and resist-a-balls. This high-energy class combines movements with stationary weight work.
  • Trim & Tone Mini - Compressed 30 minutes of Trim & Tone.

* Anyone can participate! No equipment needed except a water bottle.
