Student Learning Goals for the Psychology Major

The Psychology Department has adopted 10 learning goals for the psychology major, as developed by the Task Force on Undergraduate Psychology Major Competencies appointed by the American Psychological Association's Board of Educational Affairs (March 2002).

Two mechanisms for assessing the learning goals are the psychology portfolio and senior exit survey.
