• Maintenance / Parts
• Blugold Card Readers upon request / paper must be furnished (Department responsible for electrical & phonelines required)
• Per Copy Billing System
• Service within 4 hours from state contract Vender.

More Info

• Blugold reader provided upon request (call for details).
• Cards for Blugold readers available at the Blugold Card Office.
• Minimum monthly volume 1,000 required (average of 3000 every quarter).
• Type of machine based on monthly volume (machines range from 20 to 35 copies per minute).
• All machines come with duplex/collate/staple (except student copiers).
• Network connected and fax modems available on non Blugold copiers only.
• Billing done quarterly on non-reader copiers.
• Toner / staples & maintenance included on all machines.
