"In the Spring of 2009, the Consortium for Substance Abuse Prevention received a grant for the Reality Check 21 Partnership to work with communities in Eau Claire County to further reduce underage drinking. Over half (54%) of high school students reported drinking in the past year according to our 2009/2010 Eau Claire County Pride Survey.
To gain a better understanding of our communities, the Reality Check 21 Partnership has teamed up with the University of Wisconsin-Madison to conduct a survey of local adult resident's opinions about alcohol use. This important survey is being conducted in 19 counties across the State of Wisconsin including Eau Claire County.
Because alcohol use affects everyone, the Reality Check 21 Partnership is hoping to get as many people as possible to participate in this on-line survey. Everyone's opinion matters so even those who do not drink alcohol are encouraged to complete the survey.
We hope you will be willing to take this 15-minute survey and pass on this email encouraging others to take it as well. To take the survey, click on this link: https://uwmadison.qualtrics.com/SE?SID=SV_6QptksxuuWbc3NG
