"I was contacted this morning by Julie Kebisek who has been working with the Bureau of Land Management, surveying islands on the Chippewa River. She is planning a garbage pickup on an island just south of Cornell on Saturday September 25th. This would be a canoe/kayak trip to the island, then cleaning up trash/etc on the island.
