Senior status (a December graduate will still be eligible) Must be a current student athletics trainer Grade point average should be 3.10 or higher Athletics eligibility must have been relinquished.

Application/nomination forms are available in the Department of Kinesiology. The form, along with appropriate supporting information, should be returned by May 1 to the Department of Kinesiology Office.

The Department of Kinesiology Scholarship Committee will review the applications/nominations and select the recipient.

The scholarship recipient will be informed by letter from the Department Chair. The Chair will also complete and return a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office.

The Department Chair of Kinesiology will appoint a member of the faculty. Kristine Crowninshield, 2120 Timber Creek Drive, Unit I 3, Fort Collins, CO 80528 is the current family contact person and should be notified of the recipient selected.
