Foundation Scholarships

Trimberger, Maxine Marion Otis

Grade point average of 3.0 or better. Undergraduate major in the College of Education and Human Sciences. Preference will be given to a Library Science minor with a major in Communication Arts, Theatre Arts, or other teaching discipline.

Qualifying students will receive an email in December with scholarship application information. Also, visit the webpage www.uwec.edu/coehs/forms/index.htm and go to Teacher Education Scholarships. Complete the form and submit it to the Education Scholarship Committee. Ask at least one member of the Teacher Education Program who is familiar with your achievements at the University to submit a letter of recommendation to the Scholarship Committee.

Mid-February. Visit the webpage www.uwec.edu/coehs/forms/index.htm and go to Teacher Education Scholarships. Exact deadline will be in Scholarship Applications Directions.

The Education Scholarship Committee will select the recipient of the scholarship based upon the criteria above.

The Associate Dean of Education will notify the recipient in writing and complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.
