AMOUNT: $800.00 AVAILABLE: Annually ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Returning female student. Needs significant financial assistance. Preference given to a single parent with custodial responsibility and dependent children. Demonstrated potential for success in academics and career. Must have a FAFSA on file in the Financial Aid Office.APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Application forms are available online at www.uwec.edu/NSS/scholarships/index.htm or from Nontraditional Student Services (NSS), Schofield 226, 715- 836-3259.APPLICATION DEADLINE: Third Monday in April SELECTION PROCEDURE: Coordinated by Nontraditional Student Services Office.SELECTION DEADLINE: Mid June NOTIFICATION: The NSS adviser will notify the recipient and complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office.SPECIAL NOTES: A letter of appreciation should be sent to Cathy Sultan in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation Office, S-214. |
