AMOUNT: $400.00 AVAILABLE: Annually ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: UWEC student from Barron County, Wisconsin, with satisfactory academic work and of good moral character. Persons receiving this award are encouraged within five years after graduation to restore to the fund the amount of the award they received in order that others may have the same benefit.APPLICATION PROCEDURE: There is no formal application procedure. All students from Barron County will be considered.APPLICATION DEADLINE: SELECTION PROCEDURE: A computer listing of all students from Barron County will be obtained. The student with the highest grade point average combined with number of credits earned will receive the award.SELECTION DEADLINE: June 1 prior to academic year NOTIFICATION: Official notification will be sent to all nominees from the Financial Aid Office.SPECIAL NOTES: A thank you note should be sent to Mr. Fred Sirianni in care of the UW-EC Foundation. |
