Foundation Scholarships

Lewis, Rhodes & Roberta Music

Recipient must be a full time Music major, performance or education, who has completed at least 90 semester hours at time of application and who has at least one year of undergraduate studies remaining, plus: has achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better on all work taken at UW- Eau Claire and has an active membership in MENC, ACDA, IJEA or ASTA.

Application forms will be available in the Department of Music and Theatre Arts Office. Completed forms should be submitted to the Department.

Determined by the Department of Music and Theatre Arts

The Music Education faculty will review applications, which have been confirmed by the Division Coordinator. The Music Education Division Coordinator will notify those eligible. The final recommendation will be forwarded to the Chair of the Department.

The Chair of the Department of Music and Theatre Arts will notify the recipient by letter and complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office.

It is suggested that the recipient send an acknowledgement of the scholarship to the family of Rhodes and Roberta Lewis in care of the UW-EC Foundation Office.
