AMOUNT: $500.00 AVAILABLE: Annually ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: This scholarship shall be awarded to an outstanding vocal music degree candidate. Applicants shall be active in the vocal and choral music program at UW-Eau Claire. The scholarship may be awarded on a renewable basis if a 3.25 GPA is maintained for each academic year at UW-EC up to a maximum of four academic years.APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Contact the Department of Music and Theatre Arts for further information.APPLICATION DATE: N/A SELECTION PROCEDURE: The voice and choral music faculty will select the recipient.SELECTION DEADLINE: N/A NOTIFICATION: The Chair of the Department of Music and Theatre Arts will send an award letter to the scholarship recipient and a completed “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.SPECIAL NOTES: This scholarship was created in memory of Colleen J. Ferg, a former voice student under the direction of Dr Kathryn Proctor Duax. The recipient should send a thank- you letter to the Ferg family in care of the UW-EC Foundation. |
