Foundation Scholarships

Packaging Corporation of America

The scholarship will be awarded to a full-time, resident sophomore or junior accounting major at UW-EC who has been accepted into the College of Business. The recipient must intend to work in the profession, preferably in industry, upon graduation. The student must have a GPA of 3.0 or above and have participated in college or community organizations and exhibited a potential for leadership. Diversified students are encouraged to apply for this award. Financial need is required.

As determined by the Department of Accounting and Finance Scholarship Committee.

The recipient will be selected by the Accounting and Finance Scholarship Committee. In the event of a tie, the award will be given to the student with the highest cumulative GPA. The scholarship will not be divided.

The Accounting and Finance Scholarship Committee will send a letter to the recipient. The Chair will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office.

The recipient should send a thank-you note to the Packaging Corporation of America in care of the Department of Accounting and Finance Department
