Foundation Scholarships

LeDue, Elwood & Virgelee

Selection is based upon the following--Social Work major of junior, senior or graduate standing with overall academic achievement of 3.0 or higher total GPA as well as performance in the Social Work major. An undergraduate student is preferred. Financial need is required. Submit two letters of support with the application.

Application forms are available from the Department of Social Work.

Selection will be made by the Social Work Department’s Scholarship Committee.

Notification to the recipient will be made by the Social Work Department. The Chair will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.

The recipient shall send a thank you note acknowledging this scholarship to Barbara Sours, Mrs. Le Due’s niece, in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation.
